People sometimes ask how I manage it all — and in all honesty, I don't always.

I manage a framework at a bank. I teach Pilates. I coach clients. I have a nearly 5 year old and a baby at home. I have support, but I'm still the accountable one.

Some days are seamless, and some days I barely remember to take a deep breath.

What I've learned, both professionally and personally, is that high performance isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about knowing which things actually need your full attention, and giving yourself permission to let the rest be good enough.

This is a skill I've learnt, and it's one I help my clients build.

What's the one thing on your plate right now that genuinely needs your best? And what could just be good enough?
